They have only mild signs of wear. The glass surface is very clean with very little signs of cleaning. There is some dust in the elements but none more than to be expected with optics of this vintage and type. They come with a dual cover plastic lens cap. Lens cap is a little loose. Not sure if it is OEM. Still it does provide protection for the glass. The battery is a Russian-made version of the american 9V. It is cylindrical rather than rectangular, but charges up nicely in a standard 9V charging system. The exterior housing is very nice. No, dings, dents or anything approaching neglect or abuse.
